McMahons of Colton, CA The worst business ever Colton California
McMahons RV of Colton has been a night mare to deal with since I bought a new RV from them in Aug of 2013. I bought the RV Aug of 2013 and traded off my old RV. They were to pay off the old RV. I thought that had been done until I received notice from my bank that my monthly payment on my old RV had not been recieved. I contacted the bank an informed them I not longer owned that RV and that the account should have already been paid off. I contacted McMahnons RV about the issue. They would not reurn my phone calls or E-Mails. I finally had to contact a lawyer and inform the dealership I had contacted a lawyer. Only then did they make the payoff. I would think that there is some wrong doing going on here that maybe the DA needs to know about.
Next, my RV has been on their lot since Aug 2013 for repaires. I have not taken delivery of the RV and it is now Jan 2014. They keep saying items are fixed and when I go their they are not. They seem to always have a reason why items arer not fixed. There is a one year warranty on the RV, I am now six months into owning the RV and have not yet had a chance to road test it. I can not believe that this dealership is in business.
