WoW players - they promise power-leveling for a price and promise a money-back guarantee. We got permanently banned and they refused to honor their money-back guarantee. I spent hours on the phone, with three different customer service reps, who all got mad and hung up on me, AFTER laying the phone down and giggling and gossiping with their friends in Chinese, then basically telling us "tough luck" when they got our accounts permanently banned. They kept the money we paid despite the banning even though their promise said that couldn't happen. I was cheated out of hundreds of dollars. Do NOT trust these people.
