Monitronics International ripoff the business that doesnt give a dam I'm another victim of their "Automatic renewal" scam Dallas Texas
I, like many others on this website, am held hostage by Monitronics tactics of "automatically" renewing my contract and then not letting me get out.
They did say I could "get out" if I paid for the rest of the contract term but I don't see how paying for a year and NOT getting service is better than paying for a year and getting service. How the hell is that "getting out"?!!!
Then when I complained about their crappy system they tried to blackmail me into signing an even LONGER contract by saying the only way they'd fix my system was if I signed a new contract. Otherwise, I'd have to pay for it myself. Can you believe it? Pay to fix their d**n system that I don't even want!!!
They've got some balls. But no heart or brains.
