The story is also true with me. I did lose my home because of this company. I did everything they asked of me. I gave them $1,195 plus they took out an additional $900.00 but I put a stop payment on that money.

I begin on Sept.29,2011. I was told not to contact my mortgage company. The law firm of Macey. Aleman and Searns was going to take care all of my rights with my mortgage company. My mortgage company wanted to work out some payment  arrangement with me. Because this law firm is so convincing I thought they were working in my behalf,,plus I gave them money to help me. I founded out later that was a lie.

The attorney, name Colin Banyon is the one, who suppose to have been representing me. He did nothing but I got a slap in the face!My house went into foreclosure. I sent all the documents and notices I was receiving in the mail. When I first spoke to the firm, I was told to send everything to them. I received a sale date for Nov.18, 2011. I kept calling and calling. The receptionist only sent me to their voice-mail. I e-mailed as well, no response. Finally, one day I did get to speak to my so-call attorney Colin Banyon.(Note: This was the second time I heard his voice from Oct.1-Nov.21)The first time I spoke to him briefly, he was chewing on ice and you can tell he wanted to get me off the phone.

I am now stress-out because I cannot talk to anyone. I wanted to know what happened on my sale date. Finally, this is the second time I spoke to Colin after several e-mails. He could not explain to me what happened except my case was closed. This time I can hear him bouncing something on the desk. He was tuning me out. I was evicted from my home Sept.13,,2012.

I was on my own. Before, I was evicted from my home. I requested 2 hearing to remain in the house through the court system. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. Thorough the grace of God I am believing next year I would have enough funds to get the house back.

Please!!please! who ever read this do not get involve with this company. You do not want to lose your home.Contact  your mortgage company and there is other agencies that will work with you as well. As long as you are in the foreclosure stage there is help out there. Once the sale is done nothing can be done. I found out to late. You can be the lucky one by taking in what me and the other persons are saying about this law firm. Don't be vulnerable like me. I in the past did my research on all companies. This one I let my guard down. I am now presently seeking help the  Attorney General Office/BBB or anyone that would listen to me. Be aware!
