I stayed at the Motel 6 in Fayettville on 12/8/17-12/9/17, Confirmation # 1075130112 Guest # 105471 Clerk KM checked me in.

I was 4 months pregnant with twins as a result of a rape and in a delicate medical and emotional condition, traveling alone from Florida to Maine. I had not slept for three days, and not eaten well in months. A physically assault had left tendons in my wrists ruptured from assault. I was in need of medical attention, but had to reach my appointment in Maine in the hope that the babies would survive. No thanks to Motel 6 stress they they didn't.

Above me was a family that stomped, screamed, and ran around for what ended up being nearly the entire evening. I called the front desk, and they refused to stop the noise, with an attitude that I was actually interfering with the front desk and being unreasonable. I called 4 times, and eventually, they offered to let me move to another room. I agreed but told them that I needed help with my three bags, and explained as much of my situation as they needed to know. They refused to help me, again with a "you are the real problem" attitude, and I was so exhausted I wasn't thinking clearly because I should have called the police, but it hadn't occured to me that Motel 6 customer service was so bad that police were required to do the job they they refused to do.

I had asked the people above me to stop, and they simply and aggressively made more noise, including activating their car alarm parked just outside my window, and letting it go for quite a while. Even that didn't stir the front desk from their x-files rerun. They told me they they were not allowed to leave the front, presumably even on a commercial break.

In the morning, this agressive family came downstairs to the floor I was on, and in front of my door proceeded to yell and make noise that must have affected the entire hotel. They riducled me and threatened me through the door. I wanted to scream. Motel 6 is not just reprehensible, they premitted and supported an unsafe environment to stay. You should not fear for your safety just because you choose Motel 6.
