Dear Tim and or Dolores,

As per your conversation with my husband on 8-1-08 you notified my husband that you are no longer going to complete the pending work that is on our due bill and not re-paint my vehicle because you did not appreciate my call to the Better Business Bureau. The paint job initially took you three months to finish and is now peeling off /cracking off. You initially stated you were going to take care of this problem but once my husband showed up to your shop after his phone calls to your dealership were constantly avoided and your incompetent painter looked at my vehicle he said it must have been the previous paint job or the problem could have because your dealer waxed/detailed the car when the paint was still not dry. I took my car to two different body shops and they stated that it was your painter that threw too much clear or the car was not sanded down properly and if you remember on 4-13-08 you asked me do you want me to rush the paint job or throw Home Depot paint on it?I guess you did rush my paint job now it will cost $8,000 to re-paint my car.

I have plenty of documentation, pictures and recorded some of your voice messages and trust me the judge will be delighted to hear your story. All I want is a new paint job, my bended rims to be replaced, my window to be fixed, my convertible top was damaged while it was in your shop, according to the auto trader add my car was going to have brand new leather interior and this never happened and any other items that were listed on the due bill to be completed. You also left us a voice message stating you were going to take care of the steering column lock issue because you had this problem before (which was never disclosed) and I ended up paying for this out of my own pocket.

A Temecula sheriff gave me a citation because I didn't have my car registered under my name until a young lady from the Irvine DMV investigations department went to your dealership and requested the car be under my name and correctly registered she then sent me a copy and my tags and the date registered was 7-3-08 it took you guys 4 months to give them to me. Now I have to take time off work to have this cleared from my driving record.

I don't have time to take your dealership to court but if this is not something you are willing to negotiate and or take care of then please let me know. I will then take further actions.
