Move 4 Less of Nevada ,Las Vegas Over promise under delivered on moving our baby grand piano, Internet
We lived at Painted Shadows Las Vegas NV 89149. We planned on moving to Clearwater Florida on August 27, 2012 We were looking for a moving company to move our furniture and one baby grand piano. We got several estimates and proposes with several moving companies. The only one that came out and gave us a on site estimate was Move 4 less of Nevada
and sold us with their customer service promise.
We were very concern about moving the baby grand 2400 miles with care and was very concern about how they were going to pack, move it onto the truck, warehouse it and them put it back ontothe moving truck without damage. They had 4 people on August 27 to pack and move the piano as it was stated in our contract. The representative is Matt, we were happy on how they took their time to pack it with care.
The piano stayed in their warehouse for 10-14 days, we did not get delivery until estimate of 9-20-2012. We were promised 3-4 people to help unload and set up the piano. There was only the driver. We called Move 4 less in Las Vegas and talk to the dispacher they said that they hire sub contract help out to unload and the help never showed up. The driver and one unprofessional person that he hired off the street help. As result of the heat in the warehouse the piano CD player does not work properly and thier was one scratch. The driver needed three people to set up correctly, as all the legs and pedals needed to be put back on correctly. They were so unprofessional. He took out a another customer table to prop up one end of the
piano to help get the last leg on. You need to check into their practices of over promising and under deliver their services. They were over their heads on moving a baby grand worth over $12,000. The driver had to move the 800 lbs piano off the truck with just the two of them and one broken dolly, several time of almost tipping over.
There was no concern on Move 4 less in Las Vegas after we called several times to get the driver extra help or call a professional piano store in Clearwater FL to help with the move. We met all our contract payments and obligation. Move 4 less did not meet their obigation and contract They were dishonest with us and never contacts us again to what they
could do about their service.
