Individuals, Moxie Sozo / Scott Elliott, bought Solid State Computers dives from my Amazon Web Listing and they were shipped to the freight forwarding service listed as Richard Chen AG0515, 8248 NW 68TH ST # AG0515, MIAMI, FL 33195-2855. As soon as the items were delivered to the freight forwarder, they filed a FAKE item claim with Amazon and automatically got a full refund. The items were 100% Genuine and brand new. This freight forwarder has been associated with several overseas scammers who use the service to mask their location and identity. They falsely claim non-receipt, damaged or FAKE goods to get immediate refund and the seller is left with the charge-back. I have lost over $2000 to these scams. As a seller of high end computer dives, I have stopped shipping to this and all other freight forwarding services. This risk of fraud is becoming to high.

I am the individual that Paul in Erie, PA has complained about.
I have NEVER heard of Paul in Erie, PA. I have NEVER dealt with him, nor with Richard Chen. I have NEVER used any freight forwarding service when ordering computer hardware from Amazon.com or any other online retailer. I am more than happy to provide my entire web purchasing history with Amazon and any other online vendor.
I challenge Paul to provide concrete evidence of his spurious and false claim.
Our company, Moxie Sozo, is NOT based in Miami, FL. We are in Boulder, CO -- this is easily checked online. Our company has NEVER attempted any kind of fraudulent transaction with any person or company.
Amazon has never contacted me about any kind of complaint from any person I have purchased items from. All my online purchases have been completed in a timely fashion, with direct shipment to our office in Boulder, CO.
Paul in Erie, PA is extremely mistaken. I am 100% innocent of these accusations.
