Mr. LUBIE They put a 20mm plug in my truck, instead of 15mm. Took it back to them and they told me that the company i took it to were liers and just didnt want to fix it. He then looked at it and changed plugs, but not letting me know he did and said it was fine. Said it has a 13mm manufractor plug in it. He then began getting angry at me when I said I didn't' believe the other company lied to me. He told me to never come back. They put the bigger plug in so I would have to go back to them. I will NEVER do business with them again.. I now have to get repairs done because of them. NOT HAPPY!! Bloomington Inndiana
I took my truck to Walmart to have my oil changed. They pulled it in to change it and told me the previous company that did my oil change put the wrong size plug in it . They told me to take it back there and have them fix the plug. So I did. As soon as I told the manager what happened, he told me that walmart lied and just didnt want to change my oil. He said we can change your oil, but they were more expensive and I told them no, I just wanted the plug fixed. He became angry and said there was nothing wrong with the plug . He then in a huff told me to pull it in and he would look at it. He then said that it had a 13mm manufacturer plug in it and it was fine. I got in my truck and started to leave and he yelled at me to never come back again. I drove back to walmart and they looked at it and he had changed the plug, without telling me he did. It also was the wrong size and it was not a 13mm manufacture plug. The guy at walmart called them and told them they needed to make it right. But he hung up on him. I now have to have my pan and threads repaired because of them. They should be responsible for this!
