I paid 353.08 , got back 282.48
I went to MR POOL. I asked If they had a clean and clear !00 (a model made by pentair) . They said they had one. I looked at it and said it looks wrong.
The picture on the box looks completely different from the one in the box and completely different from the one I have
They assured me that the fittings were the same size and it woudl work just fine. I asked if I can return it if it dosent work.
They SAID YES!

They left out the fact that whether or not the pump works, there going to make 20% anyways.
So I returned it the next day becasue what they had told me was false and it would not work. They still charged me 20%
Horrible company !!!!!!!!!

THIS CUSTOMER CAME INTO THE STORE SEVERAL TIMES AND INSPECTED THE FILTER PRIOR TO HIS PURCHASE .BEFORE PURCHASING THE FILTER HE ASKED FOR AND WAS GIVEN A DISCOUNT ON THE FILTER .WHEN HE DID PURCHASE THE FILTER HE HAD TO SIGN A SALES SLIP OUTLING OUR RETURN POLICY . iT CLEARLY STATES THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE ON ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS HE READ IT AND SIGNED THE SALES SLIP. HE KNEW THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE TAKING THE FILTER WITH HIM WHEN ASKED THE REASON FOR THE RETURN HE SAID HE COULDN'T FIND ANYONE TO INSTALL THE FILTER FOR A PRICE HE WANTED TO PAY .
