Mr Transmission , Allen Poison Deceit and un kept promises and unreturned phone calls Duluth, Georgia
Allen Poison, the owner of Mr Transmission in Duluth Ga. raised the price several hundred dollars above the original quote when I came to pick up the Van. I made it very clear to Allen in the beginning that the vehicle was not worth spending over a certain amount on when he gave me the quote. Because of my complaint he gave me a one yr. warranty instead of the standard 6 mo. The Trans. never was quite right and when I took it back 10 mo. later he reneged on the warranty, saying all they had on the computer was 6 mo. an that he didn't remember me, They pinched a wire at some point during the repair that caused the electrical system to fail and kill the battery. The mechanic that fixed it said that there was no way to prove they did it. That cost me an additional $ 350. They would not return phone calls.
