Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This mechanic shop is absolutely ridiculous. I took my car in the beginning of November 2012 so they could see what was wrong with it.. of course it turned out to be the transmission.  They told my dad it was going to be $2600 and that was them giving us a "great deal."  It was only supposed to take a week, it ended up taking almost three weeks.  Finally, after calling and calling to see when the car was going to be ready, they told us we could pick it up.

I live in Cypress, Texas; therefore, the drive was a good 45 minutes.. with all that we finally went to pick it up.  Well, we got there and they made us wait and hour just to tell us that the car could not be released!!!!! After telling us that it was set and ready to go! Scott, I guess he's the assistant manager or something? Was very unprofessional and kind of rude about the whole situation as if was our fault.  So eventually I finally got my car back at the end of November.  It was running normal for about 3 days and then it started acting weird again, I could barely drive it because it would just shut off on me.. I called Scott because supposedly we have a year warranty on the car.. he was going to make me drive the car all the way to the shop after i told him there was no way it could make it there!!

It took him a day and a half to finally get a tow truck out to my home and pick up the car.  Of course, I had to call him every hour just to make sure he was going to pick it up.  While the car was in the shop.. I would never get a call from him to see what was wrong with the car or if they were going to figure out what they had to fix.  Multiple times I would call and no one would pick up or Scott "had left for the day".  I was very aggravating especially when I had to walk to school every day!!! So it was in the shop for a whole month without any signs of anything!! Finally on January 7th, I went to pick it up because "it was all good to go", and I kid you not.. I drove it for ONE day and it was back to square one.

So here we are again, me trying to get a hold of Scott so I can have someone pick it up once again and hope that this time they do a good job.  Up until now, he swore last week that it was running great, that he made sure he was the one to test drive it and even offered to bring it to me himself.. That was this past Wednesday, and then on the way to my house he called me and said that the car had turned off on him; so obviously i wasn't making that up every time i called him.  Considering that's what he thought i was doing every time i called, maybe just for the fun of it? I don't think so!

So as we speak, I called him this morning to ask what was going on with my car.. he said that the timing belt was broken and it was going to be another $600 to fix that!! Yet, a timing belt is about $30 and the labor at any other mechanic shop is around $250-$300.  I just don't understand all this going wrong with my car.. yet I just took it for the transmission the first time.  I haven't even had it for longer than a week since November. Pretty pathetic.

I know my dad does not want to throw away any more money especially with these people so he asked Scott to just fix the problem since we didn't have that in the beginning or to give us the money back and bring me back my car.. of course he refused to do either so now i'm car-less and have no clue on what to do.

I just hope I get some kind of justice with this man and his crappy company because this has been ridiculous. Mr. Transmission has been the worst place to ever take your car!!!!!!! Never go there!!!!
