As a former foreign employee, I found out that they would hire illegal aliens or foreigners with a temp work permit for cheap labor. Most of these workers were fresh off the boat from the former country once known as Yugoslavia/Bosnia/Herzagovina/Serbia,  Ireland, or other Eastern European immigrants. One of the owners mentioned, "that some of these immigrants would become "Americanized" meaning slow and lazy, that they would sometimes fire them or more often  they would lesson their working hours drastically so they would voluntraily quit in order not to pay unemployment. Based in Pittsburgh, they would have you drive extraordinary distances with a complicated install with as minimal employees on the task. The administrators would call you via two way radio and constantly complain why the current project isn't completed because the very next installation wsa scheduled too close together in time. The store was mentioned in other reports as run down. The warehouse where the bulk of their office equipment was stored was completely filthy, with the furniture having 2 inches of dust layered on them. Much of the furniture was very outdated. If a product was outdated or couldn't be sold, one higher up employee(well known to the company) would personally damage the equipment himself and submit a false claim that it was damaged through shipping from another location. Overall.....they exploit foreign workers, conjure up schemes to lay off workers, and rip off potential clients with poor customer service, tarnished equipment, and the company's product return policies. I wouldn't be surprised if they had other bad ethical habits within it's business that hasn't surfaced yet or wouldn't be found if one wasn't digging enough into the company.
