MVP Flooring Mvp Flooring, Jim Avilla, Jandy Avilla FLOORING SACMMERS, DID NOT DELIVER MATERIALS, I PAID $12K AND GOT NOTHING!!! BEWARE!!!! Poway, California
JANUARY OF 2011 WE WERE BUILDING OUR HOME IN RB AFTER THE FIRES AND ORDERED A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF WOOD FLOORING FROM MVP FLOORING IN POWAY. BACK THEN THEY HAD A WAREHOUSE AND THAT IS WHERE I PICKED SAMPLES AND PAID UPFRONT $12000 AS JIM AVILLA REQUESTED SUPPOSIBLY FOR MATERIALS. IT WAS PROMISSED TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN COUPLE WEEKS AND I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM SINCE THEN. BOTH JIM AND HIS WIFE JANDY AVILLA WERE PROMISSING ME FIRST TO BRING MATERIALS AND THEN WHEN I HAD TO FINISH UP MY BRAND NEW HOUSE AND BOUGHT FLOORING SOMEWHERE ELSE, I GOT FEW TEXT MESSAGES FROM THEM APPOLOGIZING AND PROMISSING TO PAY BACK SHORTLY. FOR THE PAST SEVERAL WEEKS THERE IS NO RESPONSE. WAREHOUSE WAS CLOSED DOWN AND NOW THEY HAVE NO INTENSION TO PAY BACK FOR MATERIALS I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED. VERY BAD PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH, NO TRUST***** EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD GOOD REVIEWS EVERYWHERE!!! DONT TAKE YOUR CHANCES!!!

We (Jim and Sandy) were previous employees of MVP. We had no ownership of this business at all. We did sales for this company only and we gave all deposits to the owner.
After asking the owner for your material several times we realized that MVP was having financial difficulties.
Seeing where MVP was headed we decided it was not suitable for us and our reputation. We then decided to leave the company.
After seeing this complaint we are very sorry for this situation that has happened.
