My Low Cost Housing !!Being Misleading!! Sedalia Missouri
Hello,
My wife, and I applied for house with My Low Cost Housing. Well we was not approved to buy from them even though their website says bad credit ok, and your job is your credit. Well they said we was denied because we live with a friend (they said it didnt count), and also because we have bad rental history ( a.k.a Bad Credit). These people do not keep their word and are very misleading I find this to be a red flag with them. Not only that their website says first months rent free. Well when you ask them how much down and so on they tell you the deposit and first months payment. So there is another red flag. If I was anyone else I would watch out for these people they could be runing a scam just to get your info and then turn around and tell you your denied. They also did do a credit report and if their website says Bad Credit Ok well if bad credit is ok then they should not be worring about peoples credit or needing to check it. How I know if I am signed up with Credit Checks and they alert me when someone is checking it. So people keep a look out for these people. Thanks
