I made an order from my play direct for 1D Midnight Memories Cd. I paid for this item. This item has not arrived and it was shipped on the 20th November. The last 3 emails I have sent them I have had no reply. I have asked them for a refund. Still no reply. I think I have been ripped off and want my money back.
