I recently purchased 100 items from MyWebWholesaler. I called and talked to Jessica. I told her I only wanted infant/toddler clothes that were designer brand. She assured me that they had those lots of clothes to fit my needs. When I received my shipment, there were only 19 pieces of infant/toddler clothes. The rest went up to size XL 20 in boys. Very little was designer.
I called right away, and Jessica put Wanda on the phone. Wanda said she handled customer complaints, but I later found out that she was just a secretary. She asked me to take pictures of all the clothes and e-mail them to Robin. I did that, and followed up with a call to Robin. Robin said I was never told about the lot of clothes I thought I was purchasing. She said there was nothing they could do, and then literally HUNG UP on me.
When I called back, she hung up again. This was extremely unprofessional. I am out $500 because I believed what they told me. Now they won't even answer their phone. All I want is to return the clothes and get my money back. They have created a much bigger problem now, because I AM NOT GOING AWAY. I will fight this every step. If anyone reading this has experienced the same problem with them, please contact me. Maybe together we can make a difference. Thanks.

I feel your pain I also talked to jessica who was Very rude and Wanda I talked to on the live chat about 3 times to "make sure" I was not going to be ripped off. Yeah right. I'm sitting here with a pile of clothing that I bought in April trying to give it away is actually hard!! No one wants it>
