I am horrified that I have been ripped off like alot of other people. I ordered a PSP 13/11/2005. When I got my visa bill more money had been taken than was agreed online! I immediately contacted Mydv customer services who advised that it was due to currency fluctuations! They confirmed the difference would be repaid! This still hasn't happened. I have tried ringing the number given on the site. I have managed to get thru twice but the person at the end of the line hasn't got a clue! I have tried to cancel, haven't been able because apparantley the goods have been shipped! I still haven't received the goods and have had to buy them elsewhere. I have now contacted my credit card co and hope that I will be refunded. I can't believe that this Co is ripping off so many people. The stress and anxiety has been a nightmare. I just hope I get my money back.
