Myriad Leads Never placed the calls that we paid for stole our money Scottsdale Arizona
We are a political consulting firm and were trying to find more business. We entered an agreement with Myriad Leads after we were promised that the 24 hours of live calls would go out at the times and dates we specified. Further they promised to do a role playing session with us and one of their operators to make sure we liked the call script. They also promised a full report of every number they called.
After I sent them the check, they were very hard to get in touch with. When I finally got in touch with them, they said the calls were already completed. We never got the role playing session we were promised. Never saw a report of the calls, and they suppocedly placed the calls on the wrong dates and at the wrong times. (these were home numbers and they "claimed" they called during the day while our target consumers would be at work.
When I finally got in touch with them to ask for a refund or for the calls to be started over during the correct times, they responded with one word in an Email: "LOL" which we beleive means "Laugh Out Loud"
So as far as we are concerned they never placed the calls and simply stoel our money.
