I bought a mini doxie from Nancy and her husband 6 years ago the dog was shipped from Nebraka to NYC with no problems what so ever. My dog is healthy and happy. I trust Nancy totally she was honest about the size of the dog which most breeders lie about to get you to buy the dog. I know many people who buy this breed and the breeder tells them that it is going to be a mini and it usually is not. Nancy is a true professional and I do not believe that she would ever be involved in something like this not only that but I paid for my dog with paypal which is a legit method of payment with intenet transactions. That is how she does business. Someone is obviously using her name to reel people in and if you are stupid enough to pay for a dog via western union then I guess you would be stupid enough to believe that Nancy would be capable of such a scam. What I am saying is that if you had any dealing with the real Nancy Packer you would know that someone is just using her name under false pretenses. Lisa RVC NY

I am a customer of the real Nancy Packer. I bought a miniature dachshund from her about three months ago and she's a true professional. I had no issues with her. My dog was shipped on time and I had no problems through the entire transaction. I just think it's unfair that her name is being smeared like this. It's obvious someone is impersonating her. I would definitely do business with her again. My dog is healthy and she's done a tremendous job as a dog breeder.

Let's not forget that if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. The breeds of dogs used in these scams are high dollar dogs, and they are counting on this. A free Bulldog? Tiny yorkie? It most likely doesn't exist. If it does, hope there's lots of money in your acount for medical bills.

I am the Nancy Packer from Wood River, Nebraska and I am not the one in on any scam. My husband and I have worked hard since 1986 to have a rebutable business and now we have someone advertising with my name and an email address of [email protected] ruining everything that we stand for. We have lots of references that anyone can contact before they purchase a puppy from us and we encourage this. No one wants to be ripped off of their hard earned money but trust me, no one wants to be blamed for something that they are not doing either. Please do some research before you smear a persons name and don't be taken by someone that continues to want more and more money from you. The warnings about scams are all over ever site that advertises puppies and ask alot of questions and ask for alot of pictures of the puppy. That way you know that person has the puppy in question and is a reputable breeder.

I talked to the Nancy packer from Nebraska 1-1-09 she is Legit she had told me that she has gotten phone calls about this before. She told me that she had e-mailed these people before and told them to not use her name she does not know what esle to do. She also told me that some one else had lost 3000.00 with this scam right before X-mas. She thanked me and apologized for our loss. The E-mail that the FAKE Nancy Packer is using is [email protected]
