About a month ago I ordered two pieces of clothing: a sweater and a dress. They gladly took my money and did not bother to process my order and gave me a "unique" (invalid) tracking number. I have patietly waited for a couple weeks then decided it was time to take action, I decided to email them to figure out when they would arrive. No response. Then after several more attempts I got a message with an automated response that is complete BS. Shut them down.
