Natalie Neufang - Elements-inc graphic design web design, unprofessional, rip off Internet
I ordered a design for one of my websites, from her, and by looking at her portfolio her work was nice. What I received was bad quality and looked nothing like what was displayed in the portfolio. I told her I was not satisfied with it in a polite manner, and she said she doesn't redo them. I asked for a refund and she didn't reply. She still refuses to give me a refund.
She put me on a blacklist page on her site with my name and website URL for filing a Paypal claim against her, which I had every right to do. I didn't do anything wrong, I ordered something that was supposed to be high quality but wasn't. She has been nothing but rude and unprofessional.
