We received calls from Thomas Walker contantly but it's not him it's a recorded message and not a real person that calls. We ask for this person and he's never there. The people sound so young. Then when we call back they tell us we better pay this that were dead bets that can't pay ower bills. My husband said he will pay it but to send the paper work of where to send it and how much. The told us how much to pay and then they would hang up. Then we would call back and ask for the address and they wouldn't and then hang up again. We did this 6 times and after the sixth time they gave it to us. But ever time we called back they would be be really rude.

So how do I stop them from calling. This have been over seven years and my husband said it was closed.(bank account)I have called the attoney generals office in buffalo to get some paper work from them.

Only trying to explain the Thomas Walker mystery with this post. My company like most collection agencies use an auto dialer. This can be set up leave automatic messages, instead of having the call go through, and having an agent leave the message. Agencies do this to maximize contacts with people, not to try and annoy them. Becuase it is not a real person leaving the message, the name used in my site is my supervisor's name.

It's an old debt. Do Not give them any bank information, SS#'s or your physical address and Do Not send any money until you get a statement on what is owed or if they will settle with you, in writing. They will tell you lies, which I fell for such as, that they will fix your credit report, not true even after they get the money. For right now, send a Cease & Desist letter via cerified mail with reciept. After you know that they have picked up the letter, they are by law, supposed to stop calling. These people do give fake names. Go to the Attorney General of NY website and fill out their form and mail it in. When they do call, do not answer! I hope you have caller idea.
