Complaint Review: National Appliance Network - Boca raton Florida

HELLO EVERYONE!! I GUESS I AM ON THE SAME BOAT. I DID REPORT TO FTC BUT HERE IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING. I CALLED DEPT. OF LABOR.  THEY SAID THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING AND TO CALL THE BBB. I CALL THEM THEY CANT DO ANYTHING AND CALL THE DEPT. OF LABOR. SOUNDS FAMILIAR. TALKED TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IM MY STATE WHICH IS NC AND NOT TO MY SURPRISE NO HELP. SO I CALLED A LAWYER IN BOCA RATON FLA. STILL WAITING ON RESPONSE SO I'M GUESSING NO HELP. SO I CALLED THE LAWYER REFERRAL IN MY STATE WHICH WAS A BIG HELP ATLEAST A TURN IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. SHE SAID THE PROBLEM THAT I HAVE IS A COLLECTION SITUATION WHICH IN THIS STATE IS A MATTER OF YOUR OWN WHICH MEANS SMALL CLAIMS COURT. SHE SAID WHAT SHE WOULD DO IS GET IN CONTACT WITH FTC AND FILE REPORT BUT TO HER EXPERIENCE ITS NO HELP UNLESS ITS AN ACT OF GOD (FIGURE OF SPEECH). THEN GO TO MY LOCAL CLERK OF COURT ON INFORMATION ON HOW TO HANDLE SITUATION. DEJA VU. IF ANY ONE HAS INFORMATION ON THIS MATTER I AM OPEN FOR SUGGESTION AND YES I AM ALL FOR CLASS ACTION SUIT. YOU CAN CONTACT ME AT (((REDACTED))).

   JUST LIKE YOU ALL SAME SITUATION. REPUTATION BEING DAMAGED. THE FUNNY THING THOUGH IS THAT DIFFERENT PEOPLE CALL ME ABOUT JOBS IN MY AREA AND I TELL EACH THE SAME "I HAVENT GOT PAID YET". SO TO MAKE ME FEEL GUILTY OR DAMAGE MY REP THEY TELL THE CUSTOMER TO CALL ME. SO IN RESPONSE I TELL THEM TO CALL THE COMPANY BACK BECAUSE THEY WERE INFORMED OF SITUATION. NOT TO MENTION AN EMPLOYEE OF NAN HAD THE  EDACITY TO TELL A CUSTOMER THAT I HAD CAR TROUBLE AND I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY PHONE. THAT ONE I COULDNT LET GO AND INFORMED THEM OF THE PROBLEM. LIKE I SAID DAMAGING MY REP. I'VE READ IN ONE OF THESE COMPLAINTS HOW THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY WERE APOLOGETIC AND SYMPATHIZE TO THE MATTER AND THEY WILL REACT SOON AS POSSIBLE. I GIVE THEM CREDIT, GREAT ACTORS BUT WRONG FIELD. I HAVE NOTICED THAT THIS COMPANY IS ALL OVER THE AREA. SO IF YOU ARE BORED WITH LIFE AND NEED A JOB THAT PAYS WELL AND YOU ARE WILLING TO WASTE YOUR TIME TO MAKE $0 THIS IS IT. BUT I ADVISE TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY TO MAKE EXTRA MONEY DONT BOTHER. RUN THE OPPOSITE WAY.

I also did work for these butt heads and am still waiting to get paid for some jobs I did in August 2009! I faxed over the signed work orders and they still owe me like $400+.  I also posted a report on here:

How did your lawsuit go? I got 2 other techs in Texas area that are also being given the runaround.  One guy in Houston is being owed more than $1200! We need to get together and teach these guys a lesson.

You get a life a*****e you get screwed for $1000 and see how you like it!!!!!

I looked for this company, appliance medic .. no info about that company... i think it is just a frustated guy that has nothing to do... just file complaint reports about companies on the internet.. this is not the first time that i see this doug guy from appliance medic complaining about companies on net ... if he has that many complaints I wonder what kind of service he has been providing to these companies.. please get a life DUDE !

They got me two. I have been fighting for 2 months to get paid for completed work order's from 3 month's ago. They are supposed to send a check out on the 15th. I did not get one until the 5th of the following month. The check was short (it's never right) and they did not even sign it (knuckle head's). I called and they said it was there fault for shorting me and they would reissue me a new check for the correct amount. It took 1 month to get the replacement check and it was still wrong!!!!!!!!!

I have been fighting with them for month's to get paid, and they still owe me $1135.00. Service technician's beware. I filed a claim through the labor board, BBB, and Samsung. The next step is small claims. Any technican that has not been paid for Samsung unit's under warranty needs to call samsung. TRUST ME!!!!!!! They are waiting for you to call. GOOD LUCK GETING PAID!!!!!!!!!

Anybody techinican that has been a victim of national appliance network  need's to call samsung if they did samsung's unit's under warranty. Trust me, I wish I could say more but I am not allowed. If you are a customer and have been a victim of substandard service or been scamed you need to call the manafucture that sent them out there. This whole process has been a total nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are trying to get the money they owe you, you will not get it unless you fight fot it. I had to call and cuss everbody in the building, filed a report through the labor board, filed a report through the BBB, opened a claim through samsung, and now have to file a claim through small claim's court. You must go through this process to get paid they are not going to pay you unless you take them to court. I got the customer's to sign a statement saying I repaired there unit for national appliance network, and because of my repair there unit is still working. It say's in section 11 of the contract that the defaluting party will be responsible for any expense's occured. my lawer fee's and trip to flordia is going to be a couple of thousand not counting lost wage's. I will update this after I go to court!!!! 

Any technican that National appliance network is refusing to pay expecillay samsung units need to call the manufacture of the unit that you repaired under warranty. in my case I called samsung and opened a claim. they said they will take care of those knuckleheads!!!
