PLEASE!!!!! If you are not familiar with this company, I BEG Of you not to use these people for their services. They are always advertising on the Internet to hire new technicians all over the country and they will hire ANYONE. You do not even have to know how to out a battery into a remote control but they WILL hire you to repair warranty work for Samsung, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.....

I worked several months as an appliance technician for NAN and ran over 300 calls with a successful repair ratio of over 98%. I would still be working for these people but they are not paying their service techs for work orders already completed. You get all kinds of promises from them that they are working on their "problems with payroll" but as for actually receiving any check.... FORGET ABOUT IT!!!! I am owed over $1100.00 for service calls from them for work already completed and I still have not been paid.

If you are looking for a good paying job, DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!! I was a good tech often traveling over 250 miles to do svc calls and this is the thanks I get. Thanks National Appliance Network, You people have made my 3 young childrens Christmas this year an empty Christmas. I could NOT afford to buy gifts for my kids because you didn't pay me even after PROMISING ME that I would receive my check.
