National Audit Defense Network only defends it's bottom line! ripped off
I heard of the National Audit Defense Network on a radio station. I called to get more info and they talked me into their 30 day free trial under the condition I could get my money back at ay time. I did decide to cancel my membership so I called and was told to send in a cancellation fax confirming my decision.
A few days later Mark Hatcher called and offered me the taxbreak 1000 program for free if I decided to stay with nadn. I repeatedly expressed my concern that my 30 days was running out. I also stated that I thought the program sounded good but did not want to go beyond the point of getting a refund if I wasnt comfortable with the program. He was very reassuring and said he would extend my 30 day trial to a 12 month trial.
I asked countless times, and he reassured countless times that he was extending my 30 days to 12 months. I finally agreed and he transferred me to a lady named Becky who was suppose to confirm what we had agreed to.
I again reemphasized the fact that I still wanted the free trial option while analyzing this program offered by Mark Hatcher. I even backed out and spoke again to Mark and again to Becky. Now maybe when I got to the "confirmation" part with Becky, she played a word game and confirmed something other than what Mark and I had talked about but there is absolutely no way they did not know exactly what my reservations were and the position I wanted to be in before I agreed to anything.
When I called to cancel, I of course got the run-around for a few days, Mark never returned my call (he even had the audicity to tell me "he never forgets a client" as he was supposably writing himself a note to call me back) and then I talke to a Mr. McDowell who basically acted as a firewall for this dishonest company. He stated that I was recorded as agreeing to the 12 month period.
I asked to hear the tape and he said they were private. Its a tape of ME agreeing to something and I cant hear it?!?! He also said in not so many words that no one would be contacting me in the future unless something change with my account and that he would leave a message with Mr. Hatcher to call but couldnt guarantee he would!
So I am left with a man they kept interuppting me and basically told me that I had no other options. Well this is the first time I have ever been ripped off and I will not accept the fact that I have no other options!!!

this co is a joke something needs to be done to this group nada. I have been trying to cancel this since may of 2003. I still have not gotten my refund from them yet. Can anything be done about this. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
