I heard an ad for this program on a reputable radio station. They advertised for Tax help-we can evaluate your taxes and get you an additional $3000 or your money back. BS

I asked the representative for some printed information and they insisted that if I did not go ahead with the purchase at that time that I would not get the reduced price for the program. I gave them my credit card information with the intent that after reviewing the program that they would take the money from my card.

Guess what - they took the money right away. I had a Mr Gilio call and give me information a couple of days later regarding the program and at that time I explained that I wanted printed information and my frustration of them taking the money from my card with out providing me with the printed information as I requested.

About a week later I received a package with BS information. In the interim I researched the company and found out that they used numerous means to get over on consumers. I received the return number and returned the package with tracking. I have been waiting 35 days for my refund.

I have called the company approximately 45 times and to this date they have not refunded my money.

Today I called and the representative said that the upper management knows that it has been past 30 days since I should have received my refund and still it has not been posted.

Get them on tape

#2Consumer Suggestion

I have been fighting to get back $500.00 for 6 months now. We have recorded all of the phone conversations. Everyone we talk to at NADN agrees that we are getting a refund, but "it is still held up in accounting." I think 6 months has been long enough. At least we have them on tape agreeing to a refund and promising to send one. Our lawyer has advised police action now (we tried to give them a chance). You can buy some very basic telephone recording equipment at Radio Shack for less than $50.

how to get your money back

Calling the NADN is wasting your time. Instead, write them a letter ( whitin the 30 day trial period) to ask your money back. Send it by certified mail. This is your proof you asked your money back within the 30 days...... Call your bank ( I paid by checknumber by phone) and ask for a form that will ask your bank to get your money back. Also write your attorney general of your state ( you can do this by Email by visiting their web site)- and Nevada's!- After this , sit back , and wait for the money to come back to your account.

The credit union did say that if it was fraudulent that they could get it back but I would have to file a police report

I'm in a very similar situation with these idiots and will be filing my own "Rip-Off" report today. I'm not sure what the bank can do to help. I called my credit union and spoke with them about getting the money back for me. I had provided the "agent" with a check by phone, including account and routing number. I was told by the bank that once the transaction was processed that it was over. Had I put a "stop payment" order on the check before NADN had processed it, I would have been okay. How was I to know that these idiots would process the transaction anyway. The credit union did say that if it was fraudulent that they could get it back but I would have to file a police report. And since I had given the information willingly the first time, the bank didn't seem to think that the police would file the report. Like many of you, I have called these people every day and gotten nothing but voicemails with no reponse. It took over three weeks of harassing the "Director of Client Resolutions", a Brad McLeod (x2252) to finally get an RA #. And they've said it's been sent to Accounting for processing. I also got a response via email stating that my refund was "In Process" and that if I had any other questions, to call customer service. All I want, like you, is my money back. I would be interested to hear the specifics about what the bank did to get the money back. I know with credit cards, you can dispute the charge, but with checks I'm not so sure. Anyway, I'm going to keep trying.

Get Your Money Back!!

I had the same thing happen to me and I actually got my money BACK!!! Call your bank and file your complaint with them, and do it NOW. There is a limit to how long you can file. Tell your bank that you did not receive your refund, and be prepared to prove that you sent the item back. If you sent it via regular post, like I did, then write a letter with the day you sent it back and include your e-mail with the return authorization from NADN. I got the run around from this company for 4 months. Trust me this is the only way you will ever see your money from them. Good Luck!
