National Audit Defense Network Ripoff artists and a gigantic waste of my precious time. Still waiting for the tape! Las Vegas Nevada
I had responded to an e-mail (which said they would send me a free tape about a legal tax filing method) and consequently a "representative" called my home. They tried to convince me to join for $30 and they would file 1040x for amendments to other years. I told them I had 13 dogs and they said that I could take a tax deduction for any of my dogs that were 60 pounds or more.
I was given totally bogus information. I contacted the IRS website and asked if this info was in a new tax law or something. That deduction didn't exist.
I had told them that I had done an amended tax return in the past (after they told me that I would not be able to do it).
I am really one of the lucky ones. Ultimately I was not scammed, although it was an incredible waste of my time and I am still waiting for my "free tape".
I feel sorry for the ones that were ripped off. Someone needs to stop these idiots at N.A.D.N.
