National Audit Defense Network ripoff dishonest fraudulent will not refund my money Las Vegas Nevada
I ordered there Tax help package. It was no help. I could not get anyone to call me back from their company. I called and told them that I wanted to return their Tax package and received a Return Autharization number and sent the package back in March. It took them until June 3 to send it to the accounting department for the refund to be processed.
I have called everyone in the company. I have talked to several different supervisors. I have faxed letters to the supervisor over customer service, Weston Coolidge. I even sent an e-mail to the editor of their newsletter. I keep getting the same run around. They say my refund is in process and that they have forwarded my request to management.
This is August 27, 2003 and I still have not received my refund. I have been trying to get this refund for over six months now. I call them every week and all they say is that it is still in process but I still have not received it. The customer service people say that they cannot help me. I am fustrated and disgusted with the whole company.

National Audit Defense Network in Las Vegas Nevada are still ripping people off and no one seems to be able to stop them, not even the Attorney General.

I recently read an article where the Attorney General of Nevada and the Federal Trade Commission are investigating them now. Please see http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2003/04/14/eveningnews/consumer/main549233.shtml for the story on CBS news. I have tried calling everyone in the company that I could get a name on. I even tried faxing them but to no avail. They don't seem to care who knows about them. They just keep ripping people off everyday. I just wish that someone could do something about these fraudelent people. They should be held accountable for what they are doing to unsuspecting consumers. I cannot afford to have money stolen from me. I need my money refunded but they just keep ignoring me. If anyone out there has ever gotten their money back please let me know by posting below as to what happened. I would sure like to know how you did it. Thank you.
