I too hired an attorney to get my money back after their "Breach of Contract". The letters written by my Attorney got absolutely NO results or response. I got so mad that I sat down one day and wrote a very detailed letter to every agency I could think of. These agencies included The Ohio Attorney Generals Office, The Florida Department of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureaus in both Florida and Ohio to name a few. With these letters I sent relevant documents. The letters were approximately an inch thick when I finished. (I had VERY detailed records). A few weeks later I actually received a rebuttal letter that NCRC had written to I beleive it was the Florida Department of Commerce. I answered the allegations made by NCRC and sent it back. A few weeks later I received my deposit in the mail, in the form of a check from NCRC. Even though they refunded my deposit they admitted NO wrongdoing on their part. They continued to insist that it was somehow I that caused all of the mentioned problems ! Interestingly enough the check was forwarded to me through the Florida Department of Commerce !!! Be Relentless !!! It paid off, however, it was back in 2000 - 2001. Hope this helps !
