National Darts - KHgear Ripped off, No Response, No Contact, No Shipment La Grande Oregon
I ordered over $125 worth of merchandise from this company, it has been almost three weeks now with no response from the company, i have sent E-mails, filed a support ticket, and even called and faxed the company all to no avail. When i filed the support ticket it said i would have an answer within 48 hours, it has been almost two weeks now with no response. At this point i would willingly accept a refund over the merchandise.
I am in the United States Air Force and am currently working with the military legal office to file a lawsuit, if any one else out there has been scammed by this company please contact me, as we have had talks of turning this into a class action suit. I have also contacted Visa and Authorize.net to tell them of the repeat offense of this company. The only thing now that will stop this from moving forward is the previously mentioned refund or shipment of the goods.
This is not the first report on this website against this company, there is another at http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/293/RipOff0293481.htm which also states the company provided zero communication, and did not ship the merchandise that was paid for.
