National Homeworkers Assc. Sent me mail saying I could make money stuffing envelopes. I sent $40.00 and got a post card saying it was being processed and would take 14 days. it has been that and still nothing Chicago, Illinois
I had received a letter saying i could make money by stuffing envelopes. They said that they would provide everything inc the postage. This would cost a one time fee of $40.00 incl shipping. I sent a check on 1/19/13. They cashed the check on 1/30/13. I also received a card thanking me for my order and that is was being processed and that orders paid by check are subject to 14 days clearance. That was the only way you could pay for it. I haven't heard anything since.
I don't even have a phone number or a web site. I was just so stupid. I hope someone out there catches these scamming people. They should be put behind bars!!!!!! I guess I learned my lesson the hard way.
