National Reset Crew, NRC, does not pay.
I have email and text conversations from Steven at NRC stating he is not going to pay me, ALL mail goes out of their warehouse with Fedex, and many other very choice words.
Steve maintains that my check went out with the Fedex mail on Friday July 8th, 2011.
I ask for a tracking number Monday July 11, 2011 and that's where this all started. He refused to give me a tracking number and told me I was "pissing him off" because I asked for a tracking number. I spoke to Fedex and finally realized there was no package coming to my address. So now, mysteriously, the package (my $2500 check) has been shipped USPS. I received the USPS package on July 18th, 2011. I was informed by Jenn and Steve that due to my "INSANE behavior" of asking for, and not getting, a tracking number, they have taken the liberty of "holding" (cancelling) my check until the store I did have been approved. That's funny because the store managers and employees signed off for the work done. I was told that in the contract, (the contract I was never given, emailed, overnighted, or otherwise been informed of), NRC maintains that they can withhold money from someone. I still have not seen that contract. Still have not seen the money. I have contacted the Texas Attorney General, Texas Employment Commission, Georgia Attorney General, Georgia Empolyment Commission. Next will be a flood of internet blog posting to tell the truth about NRC and them acting in bad faith in regards to payment for a completed job. I see that NRC has attempted to clean their dirty web presence with some spam articles. But, there is just such a URL for reporting websites like that straight to Google. I worked with John almost a year ago. I have never spoken, written or texted you before. I am assuming he is using my name to conduct work, since his name is tarnished in the industry. Please contact me and send me all information that has been sent to you from "steven". I am currently going through all old information and contacting everyone I ever associated with to make sure they are not conducting business with "steven" with National Reset Crew. Time and effort well spent. If anyone is reading this and is having that same issue, please, contact me, I would love to speak with you via email, or even better, via phone.
