National Restoration Inc, Stephan Bishop, David Morch, Joey Masse Roofing Ripoff National Restoration Inc takes your money and you don't see or hear from them Pompano Beach, Florida
Having severe hurricane Wilma damage, Joey Masse of National Restoration Inc, gave us a proposal on redoing our damage roof. We signed and gave them a deposit, 1/3 down. They started one month later and we didn't see them until our permit expired in June 2007. The promises made were all lies. They redid our roof again up to the point of the second underlayment and abandoned us once more. We initially had to redone the interior walls because of the hurricane, we had to redo them again because National Restoration didn't know how to install a roof. We had a separate certified roofing inspection done and they verified that the materials were installed improperly, not according to code. They were supposed to remove old roofs, install first layer, then TU plus(which has an expiration if exposed to long to UV rays, then install the cement tiles. They took our money and we didn't see them again since July 2007, its now Dec 2007.
They took 2/3 of our money and we are out additional money for the re-repairs we had to do inside. They will lie and lie. They will probably reorganize under a different name so check under the Department of Business and Professional Regulation under the licensure and if you find either contactor named, JAMES ALBERT BISHOP, Certified Building Contractor License Number: CBC1250103 or DAVID MORCH, Rank: Cert Roofing License Number: CCC1327325 dont use them in the state of Florida
we know that we are not the only ones they have taken money from We lost 2/3 of our money and additional $$$$ interior damage not to mention the toll it took on our family.
