National Tire and Battery NTB Broke my step rails & said it wasn't possible Brooklyn center Minnesota

Broke my side foot rails on my truck when they were changing my tires. I called, spoke to Adam who then got the store manager Robert. Robert told me to bring in my truck to look at the damage. The store manager Robert proceeded to tell me there was no way it could have possibly happened at his shop. I had only driven my vehicle home & to work one day before I noticed the damage. I work less than a mile from home & NTB is across the street from my work. I KNOW the DAMAGE was not there prior to getting my tires done and KNOW that there is no scenario That can account for the damage except for NTB causing it during my tire changes!
