This particular location busted my brake line leaving my truck inoperable and having to be towed off the property. They refused to fix it and had the audacity to blame it on me because "the brake lines were old", as they said. The store manager Jason and the sales rep Scott are the rudest, nastiest people i've ever encountered in the retail & service industry. The manager called me an idiot, then blatantly and boldly lied to my face while yelling at me, along with the sales rep Scott yelling at me as well. He was brazen enough to tell me that i'm trying to rip them off by getting something for nothing, and stated that I had no clue what I was talking about.

Here's the situation. I took my truck in to get four new tires, an alignment, and an oil change and spent almost $600. I dropped my truck off at 5:30pm and came back to pick it up after they closed. While I was out the manager called and said I had a little leak in my brake line and advised me to fix it. Being that I just replaced one of my brake lines 8 months ago and haven't seen any leaks with no spots or signs of leaking in my driveway, I told him it was very odd, but if there is a leak that I would have it fixed somewhere else... he said that was no problem. At 7:30 I came back to pick up my truck and noticed a brand new bottle of brake fluid sitting on my drivers seat (thought that was a kind gesture), only to realize as I proceeded to back out of the parking lot I had zero brake pressure and couldn't stop, so I had to quickly jam on the emergency brake. I then popped the hood, filled it up with the new bottle of brake fluid they gave me, only to see the fluid gushing out underneath the engine just as quickly as I poured it in. The only thing I could do is get a ride home and wait until morning, because surely the manager would fix this obvious issue they caused! Well, I was sadly mistaken. I called the store first thing in the morning and spoke to the store manager Jason. Immediately he was very defensive and cut me off, didn't even let me finish explaining what happened, told me my break lines are old so there's no way he's fixing anything?!? Really, that's his standard, if they break something old  then they're under no obligation to fix it! I then insisted he must fix it because it's my work truck and it has to be on the road right away. He then proceeded to boldly lie to me by saying the truck was already like that when I brought it in. Obviously logic is not a strong suit at this NTB location. If brake fluid was gushing out leaving my vehicle with zero brake pressure and being inoperable, how then is it possible that I drove to the store with no problems at all! Makes sense right. Later in the day I went to the store so that I could have it towed off the property.  I spoke to the manager in person this time. He again was immediately defensive and nasty with me. Called me an idiot!!, told me to get out of his store, then turned his back on me and walked into the shop. Then the sales rep started yelling at me, also called me an idiot and said I was only there to rip them off... Am I living on another planet (I thought I was in the twilight zone!!).  I can't for the life of me see how this place is still in business with management like that!
