NWC inc., is a wholesale company that you work out of you home and guarantees success and profit gain. They gave great ideas and fulfilled none of their promises or statements. Once we tried to get our money back, they did everything to avoid us. We sent the package back requesting a refund, they stopmed on it and read the letter that I wrote inside, and returned a torn and shredded box. The mail carrier even stated that it was processed in that condition, that it was definately not done in the mail process. Currently they (NWC) have over 65 negative reports at the Better Business Bureau. None of the reports have a response. So many discriptancies that I can't list them all. Such as: The $5,000.00 credit line is non-existing, No personalized cataloges, no 100% unconditional gaurantee. Nothing that they have said is true. Even the items they say you can purchase isn't in existance....you buy it, you don't recieve it, that is how it works with everything.

The NWC has offered us a refund of 1/2 the amount we paid for our kit, and after consideration, we excepted the offer to stop this awful fight for our money. We took a loss and we are OK with this. So we wish to clear their name in this issue and hope anyone else who deals/dealt with this company has as good results as we did. Good luck to all!

As we stated in our original rebuttal, this customer is completely unreasonable and does not have any desire to resolve this matter. He has left us threatening messages and is completely unrational in his correspondances. We have been in business since 1982 and have a long track record of successful accounts. If this customer would focus his efforts on being successful and following our clearly written guidelines, he would see that he could do very well in this business. If not, he would be eligible for a full refund, but instead he insists on pursuing a smear campaign against us instead of following a few simple guildlines that we spell out in our return policy. In the sake of fairness, so that anyone reading this rebuttal can make up their own minds, our policy is can be read at http://www.profitbig.com/90_Day.aspx There is a link, right on our home page of www.profitbig.com that will take anyone interested in our return policy, to the above page. So, for this customer to claim our policy is unclear or unknown is just an outright lie. Lastly, we still extend our offer to this customer to meet the guidelines in the policy shown above and if he is unable to make the sales as promised, he will be issued a full refund, as stated.

If anyone and I mean anyone would call the better Buisness Bur ANd check the status of this buissness, you would be amazed. look at the reports that people wrote, just at this sight. would you consider to be ripped off for more money. so far Im in this company $198.82 alot of money for someone, with a limited income. and if they were the company they say they were, dont you thank yhey would give a refund?... allso brfore I bought into there co, I recieved a 90 day unconditional guarentee that is in my possion as we speak. that was why I bought into this program. now after buying into this program, they made up a new guarenty. as far as I know, a unconditional guarentee. is without any conditions? know with my be all denied and to say IM lieing. allso why did they recently move, or did they just send me out a wrong address. now with this new guarenty they want me to try this so called program after calling the better buisness bur, I would ask any reader would you try this program? even the better buis bur said they were unreliable and no good. if you question my credibility try this. call the better buisness bur at,508-652-4800 ask for assistance if you have a problem locating them. this is a challenge to who ever who wishes there are alot of people out alot of money that threw there hands up in the air and just let them walk with ther money and that is what they want . there must be thousand of people out ther that hasnt reported this company. but I have to alot of organizations. everone as a whole needs to get together and fight these companys, that scam steal then evintally move and start again under another name . Now is this really fair, they can lie to you to get your money, then you cant use there dis honest program , but they can keep your money ? come on now I might be called a LIER or worse from this copany . national wholesale co. peole even tryed this program and failed ... I was told that they never even recieved ther merchandise after paying. SO ANSWER THIS .. would any out ther be willing to try this program?? and get taken for more ? allso what gets me , they will try to make me out to be the lier. how hard is it to send out a check? or will they go bankrupt? I joined this program, to make money and all I received from the N.W.C. was further in debt . just a bunch of lies to steal from me Iam disabled with a limited income. so now I have to do with out . people like you make me sick. susan and james polino the owners of this company. how can you get up every morning knowing you taken money , from lots of people. but before I go I ask the veiwers to call the B.B.B. at again 508-652-4800 if you have problems finding NWC just ask for assistance. there is so much information to put on this page It would take quite awhile to typ it . Completely inaccurate comments

This individual is reporting completely false information. We have asked this person to please comply with the rules of our guarantee and we would gladly see if he qualified for one. He has refused to co-operate in any manner and cannot even be spoken with rationally over the phone. He makes many accusations, but does not back up any of them. Fact - we do not have 61 complaints with the BBB, over the last 3 years we have only had 37 complaints total, on sales volume of almost 30,000 orders filled. This averages less then 1/10th of a percent complaint ratio and most of these were resolved to the customers satisfaction. We do not have any unanswered complaints with the BBB. He comments are outright lies and when asked by us to please "show us proof of his accusations" he refuses to do so. Our credit line and our return policy are clearly spelled out on our literature and a phone # is supplied to anyone who wishes to call and inquire further about them. We clearly post our policies on our web site too. We have given this person numerous opportunities to apply for a refund using our stated policy, but they have simply refused to do so.
