Company broke the contract for negligence of the broker/owner and lie about making the payment to get the property delivery. Friday August 18, 2017 we did the first attempt to deliver this 2017 RV at the indicated location on the dispatch sheet provide on Wednesday August 16, 2017 by the Broker name Jason. Named broker never provide any other further information but a request for a picture demanded by the customer. When we pick up the RV being transported from the dealer, the manager on duty provided the driver with a sealed envelope with some paperwork and the keys of the vehicle. Advising that it will be everything that he need to gain access to the port location where the RV was going to be dropped off, when driver arrived inside the port the authorities advised him that they didn't have the paperwork required to receive the vehicle to leave it at the location and it wasn't in the envelope either, they notify the driver that the broker should send required paperwork in advance to the port or the driver otherwise before arriving and unloading.

After several attempts to get a hold of the Broker and finally getting through , the driver provide the port email information for the paperwork to be sent out, the paperwork never was received by the port authorities after a couple of calls to the broker and about 20 minutes after arriving the authorities couldn't wait anymore. All this delay cause the driver to be escorted back out and the port authorities indicated to the driver to come back by Monday when they will be open again. Driver left the port and waited to hear from the broker as he was advised of all this situation during and after by a phone call and text from the driver. Driver tried to find solutions for the matter also informing the broker that he have a scheduled load to pick up right after and give the broker the option of leaving the RV on a secure storage unit to cover the next compromise and to come back and deliver by Monday at not extra charge just the request of paying for the work the he would have completed if it wasn't for the broker negligence, broker advised driver that he was calling the customer to see what he was able to do on this situation. Driver waited for four hours trying to reach out to the broker by phone and text with no specific response not letting the driver other option than canceling his next booked load because he was told by the broker that he didn't want the RV to be place on any storage for security purposes.

5 hours later broker ask the driver to just leave the RV in a storage and provide the information to the driver by text also informing the driver that he won't get paid till Monday by check, driver had already canceled the load and booked a hotel and waiting now at that point till Monday like broker ask him at the beginning of the situation, not agreeing to broker last minute change of plans, advising that we would keep possession of the vehicle till the load, downtime and overnights would get paid for such of inconvenience and negligence on broker not to know how to handle the situation with the driver/owner operator. It was not till Monday that a agent name Karen contact by email and phone saying that they was going to pay us the full amount required for all the inconvenience and she would send us a confirmation.

We never got anything that day, spending another night with the RV no solutions and no pay, Tuesday driver contact the agent and tell her that he never got any confirmation of payment and he still haven't receive the Dock document require to deliver the RV, it was till 10 am that day that we received the confirmation for the payment and the document to deliver the vehicle. Today Wednesday August 23, 2017 we find out that the payment send was only partial of the invoice that we send and they lie to us so we can deliver the vehicle and they don't have to paid us more not leaving us any other option that taking legal actions again this terrible company. Company's like this that take advantage of other people time and work shouldn't be in business. BE CAREFUL SAVE TIME AND HEADACHES LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY THIS ONE WILL RIP YOU OFF
