Native Union They sold me a handset that did not work for more than a year. Product was never dropped or abused in any way. Wan Chai

I bought a handset for my iPhone from them and got less than one year's use from it.
They boast lifetime warranties for things, but they do not support their products at all.
I will never buy another thing from them.
