Nayco Group/Dropshipper.net ripoff Their guarantee is worthless Brooklyn New York
I ordered the membership on June 4, 2005. I was hoping to sell the products at an online auction site and make some money. The selection of items isn't in high demand so I decided its best to cancel the membership and try something else. The company gives a 90-day money back guarantee. They also guarantee that they will respond to any email with 1 business day. Their guarantee is worthless.
I cancelled my membership on 6/27/05. They advised it may take 30 days for the refund to show up. I emailed every email address listed on their website numerous times and have called and left a voicemail without response.
As of today 8/3/05, I have not received any reply to any emails or phone calls and have not recieved my refund either. I filed a complaint with the BBB.
BEWARE! Most businesses take their "guarantee" seriously but not this one.
