On april 1st 2006 I placed an order for bedroom furniture online with this business for $1498.95. At first things seemed to be going fine. I was given a password to veiw the status of our order, #456818. The closer we got to the delivery date the less information they would give us. Our order status never changed past Phase one. I was told that the web page was having some problems. They said that they would call with an update very soon. We never recieved a call back with information about the status except that they will get back to us with that information later.

The only replies we recieved was that everything is going smoothly. When the delivery day arrived,June 24th 2006, and past, they were still telling us the same things. Then they told us it was being held up at the manufacturer.

On July 11th we got a hold of someone who claimed to be the V.P of the Co. He informed us it may take a few more months. we told him we did not want to wait that long and wanted a refund so we could shop elsewhere. He said he understood, He said we can send a written letter and we would recieve a full refund as described on the web site, and we would have the money back within a few days from when it is recieved.

The letter was sent on july 11th. After a week went by and no refund showed up. We called them back to let them know we did not recieve a refund. They replied the checks in the mail so to say. Shortly after that we were unable to contact them.

Then "They blocked our phone number" We were however able to get threw when we blocked our number from showing up on caller ID or used another phone.The web server would state "access denied" when we tried to log in to our account or contact customer service.

They started telling us when we called that the person who was handling the account was not in, got fired, Or out sick, and that they were the only ones who could access the account.

We have since given up on contacting them and have decided to let you know about this business. When we first ordered the furniture from their web site, they had the BBB logo on the left side of the page. It is no longer there. if you try to contact customer service to inquire, the web host denies access. Below is a few emails from the company

We are now in the process of contacting different agencies to make complaints of fraud and theft. The BBB informed them to reply before the 14th of October,2006.

What ever you do, do not conduct bussiness with these people. They will steal your money.

I am on this site, reporting on another company, when I decided to do a search of my home state and found your post. I work for a web design firm that hosts this company's web site. From the get go this place has had some problems, we were not aware of. While they are still a client, I may be able to get you some contact information if that would help you at all. The company changed owners recently, and we had some billing problems with the prior owners, and were able to speak with the new guy, and he was helpful. Perhaps your case has just been overlooked, however that is simply unacceptable. We received a phone call from another woman that reported having been ripped off for 800 bucks after buying some bedroom furniture. So maybe it is the case that they are a scam company.
