I ordered phentermine online from nda pharmacy.com on 6/29/06. The money was deducted from my checking account immediately. I received an email stating that my order was received and was being reviewed by a doctor and was waiting for approval. I emailed several days later asking where my meds were and the response I got was that they were back ordered and it would be 7 to 10 days before it shipped, even though I paid for 2 to 3 business day delivery.

I have contacted them several times over email due to the fact that no one ever answers the phone. The last couple of times that I emailed, I got no response, now the web site where you check your order is no longer in existence, neither is the ndapharmacy.com.

What can I do to get my money back?

Just to follow up, I never said I used a check, I said the money was deducted from my checking account. This is what happens when you use your debit card. I have already started a dispute with my bank and they are in the process of getting my money back in my account. I called the 800 number for the NDA pharmacy and someone answered on the first ring. Seems the 800 number was rerouted to an answering service just so someone answers our calls. They were no help though. They told me my order was still pending when the company closed and that it never went any farther than being received.

OK. So, I too, was ripped off by NDA, Safetrust, and all it's other names, back in April. I filed a rip off report and followed the many suggestions and finally disputed the charge with my credit card company. They quickly reversed the charge. Then, within 2 days I received the product!! No acknowledgment or apologies for all that they put me through, all my emails and threats and disputes. Just the product (which I now question is even a real product!) Anyhow, since the money had been reversed I was no longer charged...up until last week. I then received a letter from my credit card company with an attached fax from the RX company stating that they had shipped the product to me. So my credit card company is now charging me again and I really can't see how to return the meds and dispute the product quality. It is too difficult! But what I did get is a new name and address and email for you all to try to contact them. So here it is and I hope it works for you all. This is really a crappy company that should be put out of business. Wait until you see where it is coming from!! Good Luck! Lisa, Unfortunetly you paid with your checking account instead of a debit or credit card. It is my understanding that it is a little more difficult when disputing through a checking account instead of credit. You will probably have to file a police report, you will need whatever documentation you can gather, any individuals you spoke with or any emails you received. This is what my finanacial institution told me. I have not done it yet, I am extremely busy so finding time to get it done is hard. I also posted a report asking if there were any easier way to get my money back, but I have not heard from anyone nor has there been any updates posted to my report. Also, my finanacial institution told me that in the future use your debit/credit card instead of checking account, much easier for refunds. Hope this helps. GS Troy, OH
