Ironically enough, I had dinner with a friend last night who also ordered Phentermine from NDA Pharmacy/Safetrust processing back on March 31st. She too, never received shipment but somehow, was finally able to get hold of customer service after about 20 emails. She forwarded an email to me this morning with different customer service contact information than posted on their website and instructions on how to get a refund.
I sent them an email requesting an immediate refund and actually received a very brief response stating that they would refund me my money. At the same time, I received an email from my friend, notifying her of her FedEx tracking number and estimated delivery date of 5/4/06 after she sent the email requesting a refund. The FedEX order tracking number they provided her is legitimate, I tried it and recommend you doing the same. I'll let you know the outcome. I PLACED A ORDER ON 4/05/06 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND OR MY ORDER WHEN YOU CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER YOU CANT TALK TO ANYONE DONT JUST LET THIS GO LAURIE I AM SURE WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES BEING RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY. IF ANY OTHER PEOPLE THAT ARE VICTIMS ARE READING THIS PLEASE LEAVE YOUR NAME AND EMAIL SO WE CAN CONTACT EACH OTHER AND POSSIBLY FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
