I worked at Near North Landsscapers for few months and after seeing what the owners David and Kim do to the customers whom they have Scammed, I and 3 other workers left the company and decided to tell the truth. They only have 6-7 workers whom quit reguarly. They hire many unskilled cheap labours with NO EXPERIENCE.

They will sweet talk into the potential clients who want their yards landscaped with all the bells and whistles with David acting as a professional with expereinces and Kim talking like a nice lady who will do wonderful gardens for you.

Once you have paid the deposit, GOOD-LUCK.  The extra prices starts to go up with delays after delays you won't believe. Cheap materials and workmanship. Blaming the clients for just about everything when they complain and ask for more money.

Average job they takes 4-6 weeks with other landscapers will easly take 6-8 months if you get it done and many times you DO NOT.

All they do is sign up as many clients as possible then take their money which you will not see.
I've seen clients yell, cry and suing David and Kim whom rarely give their last names and no names on their business cards.   They will tell you how reputable they are as they are in the megazines, "DO NOT LET THIS FOOL YOU".    Many of their so called done works are just pictures and thrie workmanship is way way under subpar level. Cracked tiles, unproper scraping of the ground where the weeds are grown back the following year when David and Kim are long gone.

Warrenty.....what warrenty......If you like headaches and money to burn......

I do not gain anything by posting this but my conscious after seeing all the unhappy customers tells that you should know. 

Many of the workers quit in such a high ratio that you will not see same workers after few days to weeks. They are trainned to say that they been with Near North Landscapers for many years with many happy customers.
Contact other landscapers if you want your landscaping done properly without haedaches or loose your hard earn money and see them in court.

DAVID and KIM are a BIG SCAMMERS, LIARS, CROOKS..

 Did snow removal for them. Unsafe vehicles forced me to look for a better job. I had mentioned to them about it and was told to suck it up. Subsequently after the Driveshaft exploded on me. Was the final straw. After I left. They stopped payment my last pay check and ripped me off completely. After numerous calls and being ignored, I gave up. This company are frauds. Drive unsafe vehicles. Pay them below minimum wage. Force them to take risks to help benefit them. Absolutely disgusting. Don't make the same mistakes we did. Avoid working with or for these ignorant people.

 More employees problem Kim and Dave? .. Don't you wonder why you have so many exemplifies against you ? Where are the satisfies customers? Why do you still screen calls and voice mails full ? Why do you tell customers that you'll be there when you know that you won't go? Why tell your employees to not to engage with any of the customers or answer any questions they have? Why do you pay some of your stuff in cash or have answer phones for you both?? STOP your EVIL practices.. You make other good people and companies look bad... See your kids as they learn what they see...

Wow, so true... New guys all the time...only after short time.. so many unfinished work...
I see the truth. I'll be leaving also..soon. David and Kim Goodwins treat the workers like a piece of meat and the customers are like ...who cares if they are mad or scream.

I heard and saw so many customer complaints and screams... David and Kim screens the caller ID all the time and don't answer or just hang up if upset customers call unless otherwise it's a new customer... check their mail box..it's full...

I saw too much..how do these people ever stay in business so long...where are the laws???

 I had enough in short time...stay away from these people...
