Okay, it is time for me to fair to NetQuote. King Pennington who is an executive at NetQuote (perhaps the President or owner) contacted me about my account. He apparently spends his weekends going thru emails from and to his customer service department. When he saw my emails, he sent me an email and he called me. Unfortunately, he had to leave a message but I did call him back. He could not have been more gracious. He emphasized that he wanted to solve the problem and that he would like my continued business. He is absolutely a man of his word. He gave me a credit for $65.10 MORE than the disputed amount. I am very chagrined that I filed a report in the first place. Please undestand that I never had any problem with their product just thier customer service. Now, that I know the name of the boss, I am not the least bit worried about customer service!
