I've opened an account with Neteller and made a deposit about money. The transfer from my bank account to Neteller was suddenly-1hour.Later when I decided to withdraw some money from my account with them they refused me. I've chose 'by cheque' payment and I've plaid the fees for this ($10). It is more then 1 month from then and still no money 'cheque'. I've made some complaints(5) and phone-calls as well to Neteller London(UK) OFFICE. Every time they were very arrogant saying... ''you have to wait till one month''. I've asked them ''How it is possible Neteller to charge $10 for money transfer request by Cheque ..but still retaining and using my money guys (not them money) longer is possible (more then a month now). They said ''all automatically''. After two weeks and after many phone-calls and few complaints they said: ''we got some technical problems with our website now you have to wait. After few more weeks they cancel my request who was ‘on pending'' trying to reach at least a month from my request was made.They are using my(our)money without any agrement or consent from the owner and is charging fees as well. Speechless or rather... shameless people.
