netspend corporation , is asking for utility bill and identification such as birth certificate and social secuirty cards , and lease, after they receive federal benefits, and tax returns, i went in to local ace office one employee said they with held a man tax return for three months and then she wrote him a personal check to pay him his tax return money after three months, that she borrowed when she blocked his card after she made him send several faxes of his personal information, she blocked his visa debit card for her own personal reasons and that was to borrow his money that the irs had put in his visa debit card account, so he would not have acces to it, she did not care about the irs, or fruad or the federal goverment which supplies benefits to more than 3 million people in the united states, they have been staeling and blocking netspend visa debit cards for months, when i ask them to close the account they said no , i also asked them to send the money back to the irs and they said no rthere not able to close the account although i asked them to, i wonder how the department of treasury would feel if they knew the netspend corporation was stealing federal benefits and withholding them from poor people   , and withholding millions of americans federal returns for three months by blocking there return i wonder how uncle same would treat netspend in this recession, for stealing and withholding federal benefits in this time when americans are struggling, and losing there homes, and such

I hope it's ok, but I shared your story on my fb, becus mine and several of my friends are going thru the same thing..I want it to be known what these people are doing to us. If it's not ok I will remove it. I'm deeply sorry what happen to you, I think thy hve stole my money also, and a friend of mine.
