Company offers a trial of product for a shipping fee. No where in any agreements, fine print, notifications , etc. do they indicate that you will be put on a monthly shipping program and billed for the product. It is all automatic. When calling the company they refuse to cancel the account, they ask for the empty bottle back and they do not provide a return shipping label. The company tries to extend the trial period for the second shipment and when you decline theny they try to offer you a reduced price of 50% off the amount they plan to charge you. They automatically continue to charge the card on file. All I wanted to do was cancel the account.
