New Body /extreem Aciberry.comNew Body Purchaced tiral bottle of Acaiberry for 3.95 billed me 89.31 and an additional 8.51 from another company was charged to my acc.they said they sent me the trial bottle and I reffused it and they shiped me out a full bottle and I accepted it which is why they charged me the $ 90. I never rec'd the 15 pill package only the 60 pills and because I opened the bottle they cannot give me a reffund Davie Florida
I purchace the trial bottle of Acaiberry on line for $3.95 on line . i rec'd a bottle of pills and started using it.
the next couple of weeks I was looking at my bank account there was a charge from a company Simplyfitpro for $89.31 had no Idea who that was.there was also a charge fo $8.51 on my account for Pricelimbo.com still no Idea so, went online to get a phone# and saw all the complaints online for people with the same issue as myself, who never went to that website but being charged by the company.
I then saw this website and read a complaint about the same issue concerning Acaiberry.( which is also where I got the number to call to make a complaint to the company)
A rep. named Zack took my call.,he said that they did send me out a trial bottle with 15 pills which i had paid for but according to him I reffused it and it was returned to the company on the 25th then they canclled my account but before they rec'd the returned bottle a full bottle was sent to me on the 20th which I accepted so they charged me for the full bottle.
I explained to the rep. that I only rec'd the 1 bottle which which I thought was the bottle I paid for..they never once sent me an e-mail letting me know they were sending out other bottles or even that I was being charged for the bottle I rec'd.
the rep said because I opened the bottle he has to charge me for half price and he will refund me the 8.51 from the pricelimbo.com . up to now I still don't know who or why there was another company charging me and why they can refund it . this is such a scam! I hope no one else gets caught up in this. thank you Cathy for opening my eyes .
