If you decide to opt for the whole hair piece...do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! There are alot of places that have different systems of hair replacement. Don't be fooled though, New Image will tell you that the unit will function as if it was your own growing hair. But what they don't tell you is that you will have to go through a mentally painful and expensive process in order to make it right.
New Image Hair Clinc is in the stone ages as far as hair replacement. There are other companies that have a more up to date system that will be 1000% better than the one that New Image has to offer. And if you do decide to use New Image and you change your mind and decide that it's not right for you...good luck trying to get your money back. The way I see it is that New Image owes me $997.20. I have filed a report with both the BBB and the Attorney General to try and get refunded. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Trust me :-(

My name is Rebecca and when I was 4 years old I was in a farm accident that left me 85% bald on my scalp. I have massive scarring on my head and no hair on the whole center section of my head. When I was around 9 years old my doctor told me about New Image Hair Clinic and my parent made an appointment and took me to see Frank. He saw how bad the damage was to my head and immediately wanted to help so we started the process to see about getting the insurance company to pay for a hairpiece but insurance companies being what they are they would only pay half of the price for a unit so Frank told my parent not to worry that he would accept what the insurance gave him and the rest was forgotten. I wore that hairpiece for many years until it could not be worn anymore and then we went to see about another hairpiece but the insurance my dad had changed and they would not pay for one at all they considered it cosmetic. My parent didn't know how they would pay for one but we set up to have me fitted for one anyway. Frank came to us and told us not to worry he would give me a hairpiece that he did not want me to have to go around bald. If it had not been for Frank and his kindness and the kindness of the staff at New Image I would certainly not be the woman I am today. I am able to go out in public with confidence and am very very happy. Thank you everyone at New Image Hair Clinic for all you have done for me. Rebecca

I just wanted to say that I have been a very happy New Image Hair Clinic client for just over two years now. I found the new hair I had added there was just as good if not better than my own hair was before I started going bald. I have tried many different hair replacement options prior to me coming there but they were not as natural looking and feeling as the hair New Image added for me. The hair that was added for me looks and feels like it's growing right from my scalp and my front hair line looks just like it did before I started losing it. I wanted to point this out because I found New Image offers many different hair replacement options and their latest technology could rival anything the actors in Hollywood might get. Trust me when I say that I am a very picky person especially when it comes to my hair ,and I would not hesitate to recommend New Image to anyone ,and not just because of the superior hair quality but excellent customer service. I cannot imagine New Image Hair Clinic not trying their very best to make hairbeware happy,with that said I notice that their parking lot is always full and from what I understand they have been in business almost forty years so they must be doing something right.Thank you
